Dreadful service from Hotels.com website as always. Mix up with the booking, finally given the apartment i requested but had to move again as the toilet was bloced and flooding. Apartments are sterile with no character, air con and lighting were full blast or off. Noisey and no shops open for miles to buy even just soft drinks and chocolate
