Séjour d’une nuit car en road trip mais hébergement spacieux 2 chambres avec l’espace canapé lit table, évier et frigo, petite terrasse, en revanche dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de petite plaque pour pouvoir faire cuire. Sinon au top à deux pas du Lac, beaux paysages.

Fuyez la Centrale de réservation Azureva à tout prix !! Sinon croisez les doigts pour ne rien avoir à leur demander Azureva ne connaît pas la notion de service client. Personnel local serviable en revanche. Mobilier et deco à renouveler urgemment. Propre. Très déçu par Azureva ce dont je me dois de prendre en considération dans l’avis/note.

Le mieux c est l accueil et le parking… Mais, le logement ne correspond pas aux photos ! C est du vol. En effet suite à échanges à l accueil il existe 8 types d hébergement et donc avec 32 photos « expédia » on ne peut pas comprendre lesquelles correspondent au logement loué… Donc pas de plaque de cuisson, de micro onde ou de grill pain pourtant présents en photo 4… Aucun couvert, même pas un verre, un couteau ou une cuillère pourtant il y a au moins un évier et un frigo. La laverie est ? Sale avec poubelle pleine et tarif affiché à 2 endroits à 3,5€ et pour prendre la lessive à l accueil c’est 4€ demandé ! J ai négocié Enfin c est trop chère pour les prestations du bungalow, l hôtel estaing à Clermont Ferrand 3 étoiles occupé juste avant ai 40% moins cher !! Terminé pour moi chez expedia pour ces photos mensongères et pour azureva et ce logement viellot

Résidence non sécurisée

Durant la nuit ( vers 21h ) un individu a ouvert la porte avec des clés alors que nous étions au lit et a commencé a rentrer dans le logement. Il a refermé et est parti après avoir été empêché de rentrer par mon mari. La direction a été avertie. Cette résidence n est pas sûre, étant donné que quelqu'un d autre que les occupants puisse présenter dans le local , nuitamment et selon la direction, ne faisant pas partie du personnel.

Joli endroit pour séjour en Auvergne

3 nuits pour séjour découverte des volcans d'Auvergne, très bien situé et très agréable. Au réveil des montgolfières qui passent tout près des hébergements c est magnifique. Les hébergements sont propres, bien disposés et confortables. Le restaurant est sympathique et le personnel très agréable.

Appartement avec 2 chambres et une cuisine (pas équipée d'ustensiles puisque c'était une réservation hôtelière...). Parfait pour notre séjour, avec un petit déjeuner très convenable.
