"The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great. A lot of variety. The location is good. Safe, many small shops and local restaurants nearby and not too far from nice touristic places. The room was spacious and comfortable but we found hair in the sink and in the bathroom floor as soon as we got in. That was the downside."

The manager was very polite and professional at first however it was difficult to communicate with them after. To be fair it could have been technical difficulties from my end but I did try to contact management through text and email the day of checkout and couldn't reach them.. "

"This is an excellent place to stay in Mexico City. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. Staff are friendly, helpful and available. The Terrace on the roof is a wonderful play ce to replace, even in the evenings after a day out in the city. "
