"Man kann in worten gar nicht beschreiben wie grausam dieses "Hotel" ist. Meine Freundin und ich sind am 29.01.2022 um eln uhr nachts in diesem "Hotel" angekommen. "No hot water for shower for 2 days of our stay. I tried to discuss concern with hotel staff but they did not find a solution and said they did not speak English. Bad customer service - elevator was not working. Breakfast was finished by 8 am even though we were told breakfast was until 10 am. I had to ask for food. Hotel staff was not proactive. The safe was not working. The air conditioner was broken. "

"My score 2 out of 10. Due to delayed flights I arrived around 01.30am. Check in was quick and friendly. My room was 304 and was nicely made up with Airy Rooms cushions and materials. However, on opening the bathroom door the air was rank! The most disgusting bathroom smell I have ever encountered in a hotel bathroom. It struck me as ironic that an Airy Room could be so smelly. "We managed to score an amazing deal during school holidays so was thinking maybe it was too good to be true but no we were super impressed with the Hard Rock Hotel. Room was clean and spacious. We loved the pool area where they had so many activities for kids but also areas adults could chill. Happy hour cocktails and mocktails plus super friendly staff. We were doing an anniversary celebration plus our son’s 14th birthday and the hotel went above and beyond with a cake for each celebration aswell as singing happy birthday to him. Would definitely recommend and stay again - thanks for a great holiday! "

"Hotel very clean.. staff is excellent... Breakfast was excellent... The only complaint I have put the bottom units\n That lead to the swimming pool.\n I have access to the swimming pool. The air con. Is not strong? And when you put it on the lower settings, the card would not work and water would come on to the floor. Smells like mildew...... Otherwise , the hotel where it got five stars.... good location.... If you like to smoke hookah by the pool.\nExcellent.... Against staff is excellent"
