"Communication online was good.Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room had to change the room.Toilet was not clean ,sheets were dirty after many attempts one clean pillow and duvet was provided.Location was good but due to lack of staff hotel looks and feels neglected.Overall won't recommend or stay again had to move out for few days during my 7 day stay.Pretty disappointed but can't complain about the staff on the door and some room service staff were good. However reception desk...

Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay."

Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! "Rooms on 3rd floor are better thank 2nd floor rooms, I was initially allocated rooms on 2nd floor however were changed in no time to 3rd floor rooms. Hotel is value for money. Staff is courteous and accommodating. "
