Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Stayed 7 nights Aug'23. A very well equipped flat. Plenty of cutlery, utensils and crockery. Appreciated and used the dish washer and washing machine, which has no tumble drier programme. Used the laundry room drier and whole load dried for £2.30. Very nice little gym with four good quality exercise machines and versatile weight machine. We had no problems during our short stay at the hotel. We will be back. The manager was so helpful and orofessional at all times. Staff were also and compassionate. Atmosphere was brilliant.

An excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the young man who can speak Cantonese, he gave us some tips for traveling in Birmingham which is very useful! Cleanliness room having all things we needed; good location with a walking distance to town center and lovely delicious breakfast! Will definitely come back again when we needed.

The staff on reception and the bar staff were very helpful and friendly apart from the reception staff on departure on the 26th , we thought she was miserable and abrupt and should not be doing a reception job if she clearly did not want to be there .

Emma was really nice and welcoming, I love people who give great customer service without even trying, they're just genuinely nice people. The room was clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay :) I will probably stay again next time I have to travel to Birmingham for an Exam.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the 24 hour free hot drink facilities. Just what we needed on a cold walk through Birmingham. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay. Brilliant location for public transport into city centre and walkable if wanted. Staff all brilliant, helpful and friendly and place was clean tidy and well maintained. Room as expected and was nice and quiet.
