This was such a lovely hotel. The first place we stayed on arriving in Japan and it left a lasting, very happy, impression. They gave us a beautiful room with a view of the sky tree tower to celebrate a special occasion, and were extremely helpful when I temporarily misplaced our passports and lost my glasses! I would definitely book another stay here. Thank you to the staff at Asakusa Tobu!

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. Brand new, well located near metro stations, literally a couple of minutes walk from Sensoji Temple. Bed was so comfortable. Lots of thoughtful amenities provided and replaced daily. Of course the room was on the small side, as is everywhere in Tokyo! But would love to stay again. Food Tip: if you want to get away from the tourist crowds, we found a wonderful 'anago' eel restaurant run by a super friendly couple named 'Asakusa Kawai' (Time Out Tokyo wrote about them recently too!) The hotel is situated at the best location in Shinjuku.

Spotlessly clean and a very short walk from Ryogoku Station (only 2 stops from Akhihabara on JR - change here for the Yamanote line (also JR) to Tokyo Station which is just two stops. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's quite a lot to see within walking distance of the hotel. The tourist information next to the station is very helpful and hands out free maps

excellent, 2mins walk from yotsuya station, nice little area around with plenty of resturants. Walking distance from Shinjuku but easy to get on the train in a 5 min ride from yotsuya. Brilliant huge room (I did my research before i came and everyone said this room was large for japanese standards) great beds too. Very comfy. I had a great stay!!! :) Oct 2018 - couple.

Dos paradas de metro al lado del hotel, además de mucha variedad para comer. Es una zona animada pero a la vez tranquila. La habitación muy cómoda; dos camas con su escritorio y con suficiente espacio para poner las maletas.

Wonderful hotel, very helpful & friendly service, close to some nice food establishments & laundering services. The trains weren't loud to ourselves and we were opposite the station on the higher floors. The balcony view was also nice. We recommend the Tori Mero Yakutori/Izakaya just round the corner on the 6th floor.

The location is ideal as it is just 5 mins walk from Tokyo station and 15 mins walk to Ginza area for shopping. The hotel has all the facilities with free drinks and snacks and sleeping suits.. the staff is super helpful and can converse in English.. Breakfast is very basic though..

The concierge staff is very helpful and communication in English is easy. They've been very helpful with sorting out the luggage transfer for us to Osaka. They're breakfast is amazing as well!
