Perfect accommodation for our 22 month old daughter with plenty of varied toys, books and DVDs, she especially enjoyed the Bambi. The play-mat, tunnel, high chair, steps, cute baby futon, slippers, nappy bin, cutely set were all amazing and made o stay extra special. We

Great hotel, quick travel via subway to Tokyo station and akihabara (many more). Fab staff, rooms a bit compact, however standard for Tokyo. Big plus for included amenities counter.

The hotel was nice, machine for check in, good quality infrastructure. Location was good and near a metro station and walking distance from Tokyo station. The capsules were not so small and showers were very good. Only suggestion from me would be to include room fresheners

Staff were excellent and great location to get around the city. Room was a bit small, but grand. Limited space for luggage. Room were spotless and were provided with all amenities. Note the gym equipment is solely treadmill and crosstrianer. All minor details, we certainly recommend the hotel to fellow travellers.

Great hotel, amazing details throughout and first class service. Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. The best thing about this hotel, location! couple of minutes walk to the nearest train station which is only 5 mins to Akihabara and Ueno (to the east) and 12 mins to Shinjuku and Shibuya (to the west). A really lovely hotel with a calm atmosphere. Rooms were quiet, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful and kind.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Good hotel. Usual fairly small but perfectly comfortable Tokyo room. Very good Japanese style breakfast served on 10th floor with good views over Iidabashi. Hotel is well situated approx 5 mins walk from JR/Metro IIdabashi station and a Family Mart and and a great Japanese supermarket a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Highly recommend this hotel. The view from the room is breathtaking. The staff helped us with whatever we needed. Room was spotless and was maintained well by cleaning staff, freshening our room daily with fresh towels and amenities. Great facilities from the Japanese garden to the garden pool. But most importantly the location of the hotel is the biggest plus point. Easy access to the metro allowed us to explore Tokyo.

Beautiful room with an amazing view! Staff was very helpful and kind, very easy to reach the train as the station was next to the hotel and also lots of restaurants and shop in the shopping centre in front of it

Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

I think I’ll stay here every time I travel to Tokyo. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious with breathtaking views. Great transport links to the underground metro and the swanky yarikamome line. It’s more on the 5 star side than 4 star. Will definitely be back.

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it.
