"1. Imagine traveling from 🇺🇸 the time difference, trying to sleep with a toddler and by 7am the sound of drilling from each room beside you. Staff say its repairs so they must proceed. Totally understand but wish there was a mention online.
2. Kept my slippers and my daughter's slippers on even in the room. The carpet is yacky! dingy!!!

"Stayed for the weekend for the Manchester marathon, the hotel was fine for what we needed it for but felt the room could have been cleaner. The staff were lovely though, didn’t try the restaurant or spa facilities. Would more so say it’s a 3 star."
"Air conditioning not working, toilet leaking, only 1 lift. Complained to reception who advised they couldn't help either contact Head Office or Hotel.com. apparently not the actual hotels problem!!!!!!"

Seems like all the effort has been spent on the reception area as our room was in desperate need of updating. Curtains were filthy, old carpets etc.
