"旅館附近偏住宅區，但有賣場跟便利商店算滿方便的，房間設施簡單大方，也不會像一般汽車旅館一樣昏暗，房間有按摩椅很讚，床跟枕頭也很好睡，早餐的餐廳服務人員態度很好超級親切。 美中不足的地方是，浴缸裡面有前一個訪客留下來的毛髮，然後按摩功能打開有黑色碎屑飄出來，清潔部分感覺可以再加強，另外不知道為什麼電燈有時候會自動打開，可能電路的部分要再檢查一下。 大致上算是讓人舒適的住宿體驗。"

"This hotel has one of the larger rooms we have ever stayed in while in Taiwan. Very spacious and clean, add in the free breakfast and you have a great stay. I love the Cartoon Network theme throughout and the proximity to the mall. The lower levels of the building have a fairly strong sewer smell but I realize that cannot be helped."

This is a very well managed hotel with an excellently trained and efficient staff. It is immaculately maintained throughout plus offers a variety of food choices in their many restaurants. "They provide shuttle bus to/from Train station (reservation required). Staffs are good. Room decoration is kind of old but clean. Guest room is very big, planty of space for your laugages. There are lots of restaurants near by. Laundry is available with fee. Breakfast is included and good. An A plus is they also provide afternoon snack which is very rare. Overall value is good. "

"Outstanding service including fantastic breakfast, spacious and quiet and clean room, 24 hour hot drinking water distribution machine on each floor is definitely a plus that has not been seen in any other hotels. Very central location and convenient access to many historic sites and also train station. Highly recommended for all visiting Tainan!"
