The staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. The location is also very convenient. The room is a bit small but big enough. Air condition is good for the heatwave. It would be good to have a peep hole on the door but it is not a deal breaker.

A brilliant place to base ourselves for 3 nights to explore Brussels. Super close to the Metro but within walking distance to the centre as well. Coming back to a cool air-conned room was perfect

The interior of the hotel is unique from the communal areas to your bedroom. The bedroom size is amazing and actually feels more like a studio apartment with the different areas which is great for longer stays. Nothing seemed too much for requests with staff. You log in (very easy) through their website and can make requests and staff are very quick to action. Very smart interior and first class staff. Breakfast is expensive, but this is a Brussels thing - they all offer good value room rates, but pricey breakfast. I spent ages looking online for a top quality hotel at a good price on a reasonable location, and this is what I came up with. Please to say that the Stanhope more than lived up to expectations!

Ideal location - 5 min walk from the city centre and most of the top attractions around Brussels. Airport is 30 min drive and about €40 by uber so perfect place overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and overall hotel room, facilities were great

The hotel was in a great walkable location from the centre of Brussels and the train station. The staff were very friendly and held our bags after checkout. Our room was also lovely and nicely decorated along with the restaurant and waiting area.
