"Fiquei 3 noites, na primeira não funcionou a TV, liguei umas seis vezes para a recepção e sempre disseram que iria alguém, somente no outro dia após eu ir no saguão, tomaram providências. Nenhum dos dias foram ao quarto fazer limpeza, arrumar as camas oi ao menos trocar as toalhas. Café da manhã atende o esperado."

"Our flat was very nice and spacious with great view of the city from the balcony. Kitchen had everything what was needed for cooking breakfast and meals.Great bathroom with nice shower with plenty of hot water.Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. However flat could use some updating as the carpet and the sofa was looking old and stained. We also saw couple of cockroaches in the flat but that's kind of normal in the hot country. Overall we had a brilliant stay in Bonaparte hotel. "

"We had the best time at this beautiful hotel! It was very clean, conveniently located, and the pool was absolutely divine! We felt safe in the Staff was wonderful in helping us! Eldamir was one of the staff that really went out of his way to make sure my sister and I felt welcome & had what we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Simple hotel, not the best area in town. Breakfast is nice, but breakfast room too small for hotel size. Overall the hotel is a bit tired."
