Excellent hotel in an excellent central location. Very new and comfortable hotel. Would strongly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for one night to break a journey. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet, with all the facilities we needed. It's a short walk across to the old part of the city, where the bars and restaurants are to be found (we chose the Mangouste, which was great).

Annie was a wonderful host The property simply the most charming and characterful of our entire Loire road trip. Wonderful pool with views located at the top of the cliff with magnificent views!- a real W facing sun-trap! Breakfast simply delicious. Safe secure gated parking in courtyard. We loved our night here! Made to feel so welcome. Great value too MISS THIS ONE AT YOUR PERIL Hoping to return one day! B&B as it should be done!♥️

Quirky and elegant hotel well located in Tours. Very welcoming and helpful hosts and very accommodating of our ten bikes. Breakfast was great. Beware: It’s a tall hotel with a LOT of stairs. The first floor rooms looked like they were the more expensive ones

Wow what a find . This place is like staying at a picture postcard and the owners can’t do enough for you . They accommodated our slightly late arrival and cooked us up a French food delight . Best food we have eaten on our whole 3 week trip together with the best b and b we have stayed in . I cannot recommend this place enough and the surrounding medical village is just gorgeous. You can even have a swim in the lake and have a dip in a hot tub . We will definitely be back and have a longer...

We chose this hotel because it was in easy reach of the Old Town and the main shopping street. The room was superb and very spacious, we had a huge comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with a great shower. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was parking nearby and if you went to a storey ending with a B, a lift brought you up to street level, right in front of the hotel. This was chargeable but very convenient. Really good location although we did find parking an issue but, to be fair, parking in any city isn’t straightforward! Rooms are well laid out, beds and pillows exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast very good although the reception, breakfast area gets quite congested at busy times.

Staff were excellent. Car par at the hotel was perfect as right in the centre of Tours close to shops and restaurants

I am just back from Tours and a stay at Mansion Jules. Fantastic! The place got style and class! It is like staying in a big private house where everything is to the highest standard including service and cleanliness. The location is very close to the railway station and the Cathedral. I can strongly recommend the place.

Room very dark but clean and fresh. No staff, but helpful lady on the phone who helped us gain access to the hotel and room 30 minutes early. Slept very well, love bed and covers. Shower seemed to run out of hot water at shower time in the morning and the heating system isn't the easiest to comprehend. Hotel is in a great position to explore the wonderful city of Tours.

The staff was great, very helpful and patient. Reserved 2 different nights but not 2 in a row but for some reason 2 nights in a row were booked, one of them i couldnt stay so he gave me a room as i showed my reservation. Communication was great. Real clean, comfortable. Floor a bit squeaky but amenities worked fine.

Lovely standard room with a very comfy bed and very clean bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary refreshing spray, very welcome after a very long hot drive. A large number of electric points and 2 suitcase stands. Parking was easy and secure and we were able to leave our car parked there after checking out so we could explore the sites of Tours the following morning. Excellent position so close to the city centre and tram bridge and yet quiet. Staff very welcoming and explained everything...
