"Great location! We loved that it was close to the Chapultepec park, and the subway station."

"Staff is friendly even if they could not speak English. The building is old. Plumbing fixtures are old. Had a hard time figuring out how to get hot water in the bathroom. Television does not work. No signal. Internet connection is poor. No AC/heating. No elevator. I arrived at 2 am, tired, and had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The so-called breakfast was a disappointment. I had to go out to get a decent breakfast."

"The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great. A lot of variety. The location is good. Safe, many small shops and local restaurants nearby and not too far from nice touristic places. The room was spacious and comfortable but we found hair in the sink and in the bathroom floor as soon as we got in. That was the downside."

"Overall a great stay!!! friendly front desk, walkable, right on Reforma close to Chapultepec Park, The Castle, Anthropology Museum, The Angel of Independence, etc clean rooms, gym and pool were amazing, bar and restaurants superb, they even have free bikes if you don't want to walk.... just spa needs a little love, no one in the early hours in case you need help or have any questions, water nor basic implements like any other spa; besides that definitely recommended."
