"Great site for a hotel to break up journey to the highlands. Hotel was clean and very peacefull. Reception staff were very helpful and I would stay again if in the area."

"Nice hotel, good location food limited but nice"

"Staff were excellent and definitely went above and beyond to help. Room was great."

"Very good hotel with big rooms, couple bars and restaurants in it."

"Clean room, staff nice and helpful and there is ample parking. It does host events including weddings, so the noise from the hallways when the event ends can be noisy but quiets down not long after."

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, the corridors had a strong smell, which seemed to be due to the old carpets. Free parking was an added advantage. The location was superb, as the hotel is within a shopping mall, giving you plenty of options for food, shopping, and other essentials. It’s also only a 15–20 minute drive from Glasgow city centre. Overall, a convenient location with clean rooms and the added benefit of free parking."

"An amazing hotel, so classy, the old castle has be renovated to a very high level and the new part is amazing. The staff were excellent, helpful, attentive, friendly. Grounds are lovely even with the noise of the main road in the distance but in the hotel you hear nothing. Breakfast was superb. Need to find a reason to go back."
