"This is my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. Excellent location to go to Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel overall is in good price, clean and reasonable room size. Helpful staff as well. Breakfast is great! The public bath is huge, but just worth to visit. Highly recommended and will visit again."

"I will definitely book a room at the Gracery next time I stay in Shinjuku. Rooms are very new and better size and layout than the dated APA hotel options next door. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the shower and tub. Breakfast buffet was the best Ive had in Japan: tacos, salad bar, veggies, meats, coffee bar, desserts and lots of other more typical breakfast fare options. Location near Shimbashi Station is excellent; there's plenty of dining, drinking and shopping options around the station. "One of the fewer hotels where you can take the bus to both airports. Friendly reminder that you can use your credit card to buy the ticket on the bus website. Oh, another thing: two free luggage PER TICKET regardless the size of the luggage. Back to the topic, we got the south tower which was supposed to be newer? I guess. The hotel is well maintained. Most staff speak English well. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was professional and helpful. A lot shops nearby where you can practically get...

"The hotel location is excellent right outside Shimbashi station. You can go directly to Haneda airport on a subway line. It is also very close to all the Ginza shopping— a 10 minute walk. The breakfast is wonderful and their Premier lounge is very nice if you stay on those floors."
