"This hotel is the perfect home base to visit and explore Amsterdam and the surrounding cities. The hotel is modern, clean, beautiful and quiet. Steps away from a Metro, train (RAI) and tram stop it was super easy to get around while staying in a quiet location. The room was spacious with all modern amenities. We especially appreciated access to Netflix on the TV so we could watch something in English. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were super happy with this choice for our week in...

Loved the style / decor of the hotel and the home from home service (cheese and wine buffets, bar and hot drinks, mini bar in room all included). Very relaxed. Helpful staff. Great position - walkable to town centre and museums and overlooking canal. Numerous dining options in the local area. Good breakfast.

This was a special treat for my 50th birthday. We were treated like royalty from the minute we walked through the door. The breakfast catered for every persons needs; there was even Champagne for a special occassion. It was faultless; I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel, which has been newly refurbished to a high specification. There is also a spa and pool.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! We loved it easy walking distance to everything you would want. The only downside was our room had glass swing doors to the bathroom. ( somethings you still want to keep private) just send the other half to the bar!

Weekend away with my daughter for my 50th. We arrived earlier than the check in time on Friday to find our room was ready for us (great news) and we were put in a quiet room as requested. Very central location and easy to find on the tram from central station. Room was very spacious with safe deposit box, espresso coffee machine, hairdryer and toiletries provided. A great location for a good price with restaurants and bars on the main square. As a young backpacker I had no issues but there is no lift and the stairs are a narrow and a little steep so may be challenging for those with luggage / disability. Room was on the top floor and whilst clean and adequate it was a tight squeeze

This was a find, a spacious double room with King size bed, canal view and breakfast included for under £80. The staff were quietly accommodating, helpful, professional and friendly and all spoke good English, luckily for us. Breakfast was decent, continental, plentiful and served in a breakfast room opening out onto a lovely patio garden which doubled as a bar in the evening. Great value and wonderful weekend.

Fantastic location, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
We were able to check in 4 hours early, and they also let us leave our bags at the hotel until we left for the airport later that day.
I would 100% stay at this hotel again.

When booking this hotel we were a little apprehensive due to the rating but once we arrived it exceeded all expectations.
The hotel staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location was right in the middle of everything you needed, it was a short walk to the zoo and to the popular coffee shops.
The room was cleaned every day with new towels and the bed being made.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Real quirky hotel, totally different from anything I have stayed in before, but in a good way. Free wine hour in the early evening! would totally recommend this hotel.
