"Greatly enjoyed my stay. In particular, staff was professional, well, trained & responsive. The property is located in tourist-central, which can be + an and a -. A couple of things: hotel has no parking. There is a lot a few blocks away, but it would help if the Hotel put directions & address on website. Ubers are easy to get, but you have to be prepared to get your bags out of the car quickly -there is no pull off My first night I was on 1st floor on the side of the hotel overlooking pink Street. It was a small room, but well appointed with pretty much everything you need (there are no USB so you need your charger/adapter). If you are a light sleeper (I sleep with a CPAP so sleeping is difficult for me under any circumstances) you definitely do not want a room on a low floor on that side. On Tuesday night arrival for 3 night stay, the vibration of music from below goes on past 6 AM. Although beds was comfortable, linens, nice, etc, I got little sleep. One set of friends had a room on 3rd floor and did not have same issue (plus it was much bigger for essentially the same $) I went to the front desk in the morning. They were exceedingly accommodating and moved me to a room on the fifth floor that is like an artist’s attic garrett (LOVED it) was perfect for me. Just had coffee from nice breakfast staff which was free, but make sure if you’re just having coffee they don’t charge it to your room. Overall, I was very happy "

"This was such a beautiful and active property. The rooms were small, but had what you needed and were clean. My only concern was the shower drain was a little slow, and I loved that the power pressure was strong, but I was always afraid the shower would overflow, but it never did. I appreciated that there was an elevator so it’s nice if you have heavy luggage. It was a nice place to hang out, there was young people working on their laptops or sitting by the pool. The rooftop area was still under construction but it looks like it will be a great place to hang out once it’s ready. It was a nice view from up there. There was a community kitchen too. To come in to the hotel was our only struggle as sometimes cars are blocking the small alley street and its cobblestone just like everywhere else in the city. I honestly initially chose this place as I knew I didn’t want to struggle with all my luggage as most other places have no elevator and a lot of stairs. It made my life easier and on top of that was just a great place to stay. Also, they have cowork rooms and other amenities. So nice!"

"Visited with a couple of friends and had a lovely few days. Our room was very nice with plenty of room, great shower and great location. It is a busy part of town but we loved listening to the buskers outside our window. "
