"This was a really lovely place to stay. The people who ran it were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and had everything you needed. The location is excellent if you're planning on seeing a performance in the Camden area as it is in walking distance. The breakfast was also really good which is amazing consider it was included in the price."

"Basic rooms which were a little tired in some ways but everything that you needed was there and it was generally clean and tidy. Somewhere to put your head down that’s not fancy but does a good job!"

"Great pool and gym, excellent sized room and the breakfast was very tasty. We had an excellent stay!"

"Great stay at the property"

"Compact and convenient hotel in Holborn. Perfect for minimalistic travel whilst still comfortable and clean."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Our bedroom was large and we were all inclusive so that’s all drinks and full breakfast in with our room price. Breakfast was outstanding. Huge choice. Will definitely return"

"Really great place especially if you have light luggage and want to be in and around Soho. Very clean rooms and well maintained washrooms. Quiet and sound proof pods with quality amenities. Staff were wonderful as well and really helpful. Will definitely recommend!"

"Clean hotel with an ideal location and friendly and helpful staff."

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Bed was comfy and the room well catered for with coffee, biscuits etc"

"Amazing hotel wonderful staff and views are stunning"

"Finding a 4-bed room was great! It was noisy from the road, but we brought a white-noise sound machine that drowned it out. They provided earplugs, but we didn’t need them due to sound machine we travel with. We asked for fans and got 2 of them. Shower had a modern half-glass look that wasn’t our thing because it made the floors wet. Ate in their pub, it was nice. Location was near a Tesco and a Pret A Manger so we could walk to get food and groceries. Overall, would totally recommend...

"Great, central location on a quiet street. Room was clean and had everything we needed."

"Is great location. Right in heart of London. Easy walk to anything. Downside is have to heep water in sink or ypu get tp smell sewer gas, old plumbing. Sleeping on a mattress is very different, no beds just .mattress on floor. If you can't get up off floor will not be good, lol. Staff helpful and friendly."

"Staff were so helpful… the hotel was clean.. the room was spotless… breakfast was good.. . we were so happy.. would like to thank you all.. we will be recommending this hotel.. and will be staying again.. thank you.."

"very nice location, nice staff"

"This is a great locations, the staff are so helpful and the hotel is immaculate"

"Great hotel. Very central to all sites."

"Grand Royale was an excellent choice. The hotel lobby, bar, and sittings are original and stunning. Rooms are compact and are cleaned every day. Linen and towels changed every day. All modern conveniences are there as well. In that sense, it is very similar to being on a cruise ship. Breakfast is excellent and price comparable to local offerings. Location is excellent, just off of Hyde Park, with lively nightlife and shopping nearby. A very novel and fun experience."

"Great location, very friendly staff, clean room. Perfect to be close to Euston/St Pan/Kings X."
