"Set in gorgeous surroundings, the field barn has everything you need for a rural retreat. It was always warm (something which we considered before booking it for our December stay) and we felt at home right away. Beds were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the room, very fun layout with a mezzanine level for their beds, lots of games of hide and seek were had! Food deserves a special mention, beautiful dining room with lots of light. The dinner menu was great, ample choice of plant based meals which is nice to see, although we couldn't resist the meat options on this trip....
