Reception staff very friendly, good sense of humour and helpful. Loved our room 515, extremely clean, loads of space, efficient air con and wonderful view. Well located for restaurants and bars. The on site tour agent arranged a tour of Acapulco for us for 900 pesos - we had a private car and our driver took us to places we would never have found on our own then on to see the divers, we’ll worth doing.

We decided to come to Acapulco just 4 months after hurricane Otis destroyed most of the town and touristic infrastructure. We were pleasantly surprised by the resiliance of the people, their desire to bounce back and we had a very pleasant stay. Although it's clear that the hotel is not yet fully ready (only 1 hotel tower is in use, and only 1 restaurant is in service) and reconstruction works continue, the staff does their best to cater for the guest. Hotel rooms are ample and nicely...
