Loved everything about it! Staff are friendly and polite. Room was clean, soft bed and pillows. Celebrated birthday so hotel left sweet treats for us very nice touch. Very convenient to/from airport and into the centre. Will definitely be staying here again when we next visit.

Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Loved the style / decor of the hotel and the home from home service (cheese and wine buffets, bar and hot drinks, mini bar in room all included). Very relaxed. Helpful staff. Great position - walkable to town centre and museums and overlooking canal. Numerous dining options in the local area. Good breakfast.

I stayed in Hyatt Place with my 2 friends and had a wonderful time. Staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Good options in breakfast. Nice shuttle facility from and to Schipol airport. Amazing from hygiene point of view.

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. Only downside of this is it seems the word is out about this gem and booking well in advance is now essential, I had to stay elsewhere for half of my recent...

Great location, away from the Hussle and bustle of the center but walkable

One night stay for business, but I can easily see travelling back for pleasure at the rate I paid. 10 minutes from the airport by train, and similiar to the centre by Metro...actually it is walkable which is what I did. Super clean, modern hotel with all the amenities you could need.

New modern hotel in quiet location 8 minutes drive to Airport or downtown to shops/Restaurants. Hotel staff particularly helpful. Free coffee at reception is a nice touch. Only small annoyance during my stay was the adjoining room had its TV on the whole night so soundproofing not the best.

It’s was great experience. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming very clean accessible will surely go back anytime am visiting Amsterdam.
