What an incredible stay. We have stayed in 5 star hotels and this is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. There was so much attention to detail and these little touches were so personal. The choice and quality of breakfasts were superb. Helen was a tremendous host and accommodated our late arrival on the first evening. I would totally recommend a stay here and we will certainly stay here again when we return to the area. Thank you very much Helen for a tremendous stay.

We have stayed at the Shendish a couple of times before since we regularly stay in this locality in order to visit relatives. We have always enjoyed the accommodation and the food has always been of excellent quality but we have had cause to complain in the past due to the service being rather too efficient and we would have preferred a slightly more relaxed approach in the dining room. Really lovely hotel, large bedroom (14) and comfortable bed with lovely double shower. The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious as was the evening meal - highly recommended

Lovely property, stayed in the apartment for a short break and what a lovely little apartment it is. Everything you need in the kitchen area, little garden to sit in and close to local little shops /bars and cafes. The owner is very helpful and attentive while we stayed

Really beautiful hotel with charming interiors and big rooms. Also has a nice sitting on ground floor where you can have a drink, chatting or reading a book, and delicious food in the restaurant served nicely.

Great spot next to the train station - a 30 min ride into Euston

Great customer service from everyone here especially Sarah on the front desk who went above and beyond for us several times due to a mistake on Expedias part! Food was excellent and the lager and lime hit the spot! With help from an extra quilt even the bed settee was fine.The free breakfast is a no brainer,really excellent spread of hot and cold breakfast buffet.Defo stay again.

Excellent hotel. Ideally situated in the city centre. Plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and places of interest within easy reach. Wonderful staff. Nice relaxing bar and a lovely buffet style breakfast in the morning, complete with a waffle maker! Would definately recommend!!

It was a very hospitable stay and a great breakfast.

We had a wonderful weekend, the sun was shining so the outdoor pool was a must. We opted for Collette's restaurant in the evening, the food was divine and attention and service first class. The grounds are amazing with lovely water features, plants and contemporary design ornaments. A great weekend in fab hotel.
