"We had a warm welcome and an easy check-in, the bistro/bar/outside area was a lovely setting in the evening sunshine and a great spot for breakfast in the morning, the room was a good size and everything was clean. We had a good sleep in the comfy bed and pillows. The hotel was easy to find having arrived by train and ideally located to the night life, close enough to stroll down but not so close you would be disturbed by it. Great weekend stay."

Its a room above a pub but as far as it goes , it was great. Staff were outstanding and understanding. Beer was good. Room was spacious (stayed in family room), and clean. For the price this is an excellent stay. Breakfast included another huge plus. Also loads of onsite parking + 5 min walk to hospital / 10 min walk to Poole Central. Thank you!

Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. Our bedroom was lovely and clean though looked like the decorator was over enthusiastic painting the wall and blotting it over the ceiling giving a bit of a tacky look. Other than that I really can't fault it.
We ate dinner in the restaurant area, good selection of food and again spotlessly clean and wonderful happy...

I couldn't complain about anything as everything was absolutely brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate in staying there again, in fact, I hope I have reason to do so!

Room was lovely, breakfast was exceptional and nothing seemed a problem for the staff. I had guests over for an afternoon tea and all of them said how much they enjoyed the selection of food and relaxed atmosphere.
The food in the bar and restaurant was lovely - I only wish I could stay longer

Our stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Sarah, who always went above and beyond to satisfy our every need Bedroom was a tad small.
Food was excellent, with a really good variety to choose from.
Breakfast in the Pullman was very different and most enjoyable.
Will definitely stay there again.

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. The property itself is stunning (especially the pool and dining areas) and our room was the perfect size (get one facing the sea, so worth it).
