"Clean rooms and big. Quiet the staff was wonderful, breakfast was really good with all the continental breakfast essentials. Restaurants are walking distance, strongly recommend Pollería la granja…..the building has an elevator…the only thing I would suggest is to build a ramp for people that are on a wheel chair or have heavy luggage also to put hands rails on the front door steps."

"We loved our stay at Ureta Hotel. Victoria was always so accommodating and helpful. It’s in a quiet area of Cusco. We would stay there again if we visit Cusco in the future."

"Staff was amazing. From front desk (Urpi) to the housekeeping staff. They even packed a Box Lunch for our tour that begun at 4am. I highly recommend this little Gem in Cusco."

This was a very pleasant place to stay, especially due to the unfailing hospitality and helpfulness of the Senora and her staff. Although located at a distance from Cusco's historical centre, taxis were easy to access for around £1.50 (S/6) and there was a cheap bus service (20p) if you don't mind having to stand part of the way.
There are excellent markets nearby, where - as on the bus - you get a broader feel of contemporary Peruvian society.

The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. Before we arrived they were extremely helpful and arranged trips and taxis for us at more competitive rates that we could attain ourselves. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable and while the bathroom was small it was quite adequate. The breakfast was...

The room was very clean and also spacious. The staff were accommodating as we required an extra night and they sorted it out for us immediately. We did have to hire a heater from them as, as is quite normal in Cusco, it gets chilly at night time and most places don’t use central heating. We slept great both nights, and breakfast was a nice added touch.

It was nice and modern and some floors still being. Built. Quite a long way from the old town bit Ubers are so cheap it was not a problem. Felt safe at all times

We had a wonderful stay at Inkasabios. The superb and comfortable rooms with stylish furnishings throughout the property, a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the city and mountains, a fabulous breakfast But even more significant to us was the wonderful friendliness and kindness of both management (John, Juan and their elder) and the staff ladies. We certainly know where we would be staying next time in Cusco.

Close to all the amenities & walking distance to the main PLAZA DE ARMAS.. beautiful boutique hotel, with colonial style architecture, lovely rooms, but the main thing about this hotel, is the people who work there, the best customer service, they make you feel at home, nothing is to much, even when airline lost our luggage, big problems with flights..etc.. they went extra mile for us, translated everything from Spanish to English for us, solve the problems that we had, specially need to...

clean hotel and great rooms, modern with a nice bathroom and powerful shower.
Really friendly staff and the price includes free airport pick up (or in our case they did a drop off instead). Breakfast was ok, slightly small selection but still fresh breads, eggs and tea/coffee. Would recommend, it’s a little away from the main plaza but it’s surrounded but shops and restaurants when walking to the square so a better area than the square I think

This hotel is everything I could’ve ever asked for during my stay in Cusco! It’s a super great location, awesome and friendly staff, good selection for breakfast, and impeccable rooms with great character. Travelling on my own I felt so safe and got great help in arranging for airport transfers and other services during my two separate stays (I came back towards the end of my trip as I was so pleased the first time!). Totally recommend!

We decided on the Novotel because of the covered courtyard. The pictures didn’t do it justice it is a beautiful historic building which is extremely well run from the front desk to everyone in the restaurant and breakfast area.
We opted to have our last drinks of an evening in the yard as it was so magical at night.
The location is within an easy walk of everything couldn’t have asked for more.
