The hotel is located away from the bustling of Tokyo so if you would like a more quiet experience then this is for you. It is located in the toranomon hills station tower which has access to various shops and the hibiya and ginza line. You also get a lovely view of the Tokyo tower too. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t have any at the hotel.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and this is definitely the best experience we have ever had. The hotel has recently been renovated and the styling is impeccable. The attention to detail is second to known.
Club room - there was food available all day, buffet breakfast, light snacks, high tea, evening buffet. Complimentary bar until 10pm.
The staff - were extremely attentive, always greeted you by name, made a point of remembering what sites you intended to...

Recently decorated clean hotel, although I was in quaranteen for 14 days the experience was very pleasent. Staff were eager to please. A shoping centre was 50m from the hotel with plenty dining options and take aways. Breakfast was satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean although somewhat smaller than they appear in the photos. They have a good sized fridge and a kettle too. The restaurants looked very pleasant but were very expensive as was the bar.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
My only complaint is the pool was approx £12.50 each time you wanted to use it which is extortionate so we were unable to swim :-( and this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
