"No real facilities associated with a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is very basic. No where to sit for coffee. Nobody carried our bags. Was more 4 star then 5."
"Great hotel! Modern & stylish, lovely staff, comfortable rooms, great beds and showers. Also a cute rooftop cocktail bar. Only feedback is that lighting is very dim and it was impossible to do makeup in the evening- bring your own LED mirror if you want to do your face. "
"We have stayed at Metropol six or seven times now and we always come back as this hotel offers great value based on location, price and very friendly and pleasant staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel when traveling to Warsaw."
