I arrived around 18:00 due to heavy traffic in the area, the welcome was very pleasant, I was shown to my room with an offer of assistance with my luggage which wasn't necessary but a welcome gesture all the same.
The room was very comfortable with a very modern en-suite.
I booked a table to eat an evening meal which was nothing short of excellent.
A very comfortable sleep was followed by a lovely cooked breakfast.
Checkout was very easy with no fuss.
In short, a very pleasant overnight...

The Priory was very comfortable and all instructions were plain ‘ SAILING ‘. THIS OLD HEART OF MINE’ wouldn’t mind living there! The Priory is a beautiful place, ‘EVERY PICTURE TELLS A STORY’

Lovely little hide away hotel with a sweet little courtyard with very pleasant out door dining. Very efficient staff in the restuarant, excellent service, excellent food. Whole experience was a pleasure.
Only issue was we had to pay for overnight parking, which run out at 9am in the morning.

We had such a lovely stay at The Bristol for my boyfriend’s birthday. The team made the celebration extra special with complimentary sweet treats, chocolate-covered strawberries, a beautifully decorated birthday plate and a handwritten card.
They also helped me choose a wine for the occasion, and their recommendation was delicious!
The thoughtful touches made us feel so welcome. Thank you to everyone involved—we’d happily stay again and highly recommend The Bristol!

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Seems to have been renovated recently and the rooms are spacious and lovely. Unfortunately the windows don't open and the door to the balcony is locked. The breakfast is decent and has what you want. You can request vegan/vegetarian options as well! Staff were lovely and helpful and they have a quick check out option as well.
