Hotel was amazing the staff are brilliant gave us so many ideas of where to go and where to eat also great with doeections. Super friendly and helpful. The staff at the hotel made our trip so much better would of been clueless without them.

It was very nice indeed. Staff were friendly and the room was excellent. It's very centrally located so I was able to walk most places. They offered to store luggage which I know most hotels do but their customer service was spot on. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone else. Throw in that its Toulouse Lautrec's old home and reputedly an ex brothel and you can't get more Parisien than that!

What a fantastic Hotel.. Small, cosy & quaint. Very clean, easy walking distance to famous sites. Small cafe’s, french eateries around the hotel. Staff very very helpful and speak great English & nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel for location and kindness shown to customers. Excellent!!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, only 10 min walk from the Louvre and river. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was small but had everything we needed for a successful stay. Would highly recommend!

Charming quirky hotel in a great location. Exactly what you want from a hotel in the heart of Paris. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The bar area is excellent and doesn’t get silly busy like others in more busy areas so very relaxed. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is great for walkable sightseeing and has metro stations really close by. We only really booked it as somewhere to sleep while we visited for the Olympics but it was so lovely. The decor and styling were excellent. It was very clean with excellent house-keeping. The breakfast was delicious and reasonable (my child ate for free) and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return and recommend.

Family stay for one night before Disneyland. Was perfect. Close to subway, and plenty of food spots around. Room was clean and spacious.

Stayed in this wonderful gem of a hotel for 3 nights with friends. We were all very impressed with the welcome we received whenever we passed through the reception area - there was always a helpful smile, and the offer of a cup of coffee, fruit and cake (all complimentary). The room was faultless, clean and very comfortable with air-conditioning. The shower was very warm and powerful - perfect after a day out in the cold - and shower gels and shampoo were provided. This is my second stay at this hotel and yet again it has been a wonderful experience. Staff are exceptionally helpful and Pedro on reception is outsatnding. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. I felt well looked after and cared for my Pedro-thankyou so much for the AMAZING hospitality. Arrived at 1:30pm room not yet ready but staff allowed us to check in and leave our bags to enable us get on with or sightseeing. Location was great just a few minutes walk from the Louvre and Chatelet Les Halles station. When we returned our bags had been taken up to the room. Room itself was small but had everything, it was beautifully decorated and smelled lovely with the bathroom a particular highlight.
