"Hreat location close to shops and restaurants around the city centre. The staff were very friendly and approachable about an issues or concerns we had. They were understanding and were quick and efficient to resolve issues promptly. Would definitely be visiting again."
"The shower didn't work properly and the staff were rude about not having sorted it out. The hotel is tired and the room was dirty. The tv had a fault, and was hanging off the wall.

"This hotel was very basic. On the plus side, we managed to get one of the few parking spaces. The room was quite hot and there were no glasses or bottled water. The hairdryer was old and sounded and smelled like it might catch fire so I gave it a miss. The staff in the breakfast room were very nice but the food was not great. Basic is the best way to describe this hotel. But it was in a good location."
"Although the hotel was clean and overall a nice place to stay I cant recommend it as the hotel also has two bars on site, one open on the bottom floor and another on the 8th floor. they are open until 1am on the weekend and i could hear the music in my room on the 6th floor. Wont be staying again"
"Can't fault the hotel at all. Checked in quickly and had a cracking corner room with great views of the Finnisten crane, Armadillo and Hydro.
Had some lunch which was really nice and fairly inexpensive for hotel food.

"Clean room and friendly staff. The only issue was we were not informed that there was some maintenance/building work happening on what sounded like the floor above us (we were on the 7th). It wasn’t a problem but would have been nice to know in advance."
