"What nightmares are made of. From the host being on a different level of sanity where I had to block them after 24 hours. I checked out 1 day after a 10 day stay. It’s absolute filth, I don’t care how much it costs. 95% of why they claim to offer on this site is false. Under no circumstance should anyone stay here. I’m not sure what cave the people who gave good reviews usually stay in. The host was offended I thought it was disgusting and continued to harass me on the app after I blocked them...

"I arrived before check in time, wasn’t greeted by staff. Not rude but no smile. I left my 2 bags and went out. Came back that evening with a luggage and stuffs from a supermarket. Again, no smile. "My two day stay here was wonderful. First, the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. They exude positivity. My room was lovely. I opted for the river view and was so happy I did because it was beautiful to watch the boats and barges go by when I spent time in my room. The location is ideal…walking distance to the train station and a quick ferry over to the Icon Siam which is definitely worth checking out. As well, there are many food places and services in the neighborhood. Lastly, the amenities are lovely. The pool, sparkling clean and warm and the gym with excellent equipment and options for exercise. You can’t go wrong staying here."

"Amazing stay for couples and traveling alone! Prime location by malls in downtown Bangkok it’s a lot of traffic and people so be aware it may take you a long time to get to your destination. Taxis and Uber are quickly available. I loved this hotel it was so beautiful, clean, rooftop pool was a vibe and brand new bar was great. Would stay here again!"
