"The airport is about 15 minutes by car.
The staff are pleasant, helpful and can’t do enough to please.
They have a good restaurant on site which is a great convenience.
I would certainly recommend this hotel.
We in fact spent two nights there, on arrival and in route to another destination.

"FYI: outdoor renovations were underway, so one of the driveways to the entrance was closed, as well as the indoor and outdoor pool.
We upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, an extra room/dining room, walk-in closet, and two balconies. The upgrade granted us access to the executive lounge. The executive lounge was great because they had a happy hour with small dishes, free drinks, and a balcony with view of the bosphorus.
The breakfast in the downstairs dining room was a highlight. The food was outstanding and for that reason it got crowded quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly. My wife did a spa massage but that is also under renovation so it was not impressive but the renderings for the new spa look impressive. The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk to Taksim Square. We have two small kids and they loved it, even though the outdoor pool was closed. A cat park is maybe 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. "
