"Staff were incredibly rude. Had to complain to the general manager. Was not the best start to our honeymoon. Reception staff told us that there was a blanket no check in before 3pm when we arrived but didn’t even take our details to check. We went to sit at the bar. And watched as around 5 different people were checked in before us. I went over to speak to a different member of staff who was able to check us before hand. "

"From the moment you arrive to hotel, the customer service is very good. They were warm, courteous and responding to any request. The room was clean, tidy and well supplied with amenities I would be happy to recommend the hotel, and stay there again. "

Whilst having a coffee out of a glass seems very cosmopolitan, when the newest coffee is 2 months out of date it makes you wonder when the room was last cleaned properly. "
