The staff were incredibly friendly and really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored building with a quaint courtyard. The location couldn’t be better, as it is situated on a stunning square, which is a very short walk to the bustling main square in Cusco. The rooms were a nice mix of contemporary and traditional. Would definitely recommend.

A really amazing boutique hotel with 11 rooms. Staff are super friendly, helpful and proud to be helping their guests. Food was really good which is not always the case in hotels. Again, locally sourced ingredients. Rooms are big, quiet and very clean. 100% recommended

Our room was fabulous and spacious. We were greeted upon arrival every time we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was everything you could ask for and views that only added to the experience. We were able to walk everywhere although it was pretty hilly!!!

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. They stored our bags for 3 days while we went to Machu Pichu. The room was huge, clean, and designed well. Very quiet with 1 metre thick walls. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a bit of a maze with multiple courtyards but they have good signage so you don't get lost. The area is very central and walkable.

The staff in the lobby and the restaurant and around the grounds are so lovely and warm and welcoming. Hotel is really something spectacular too. Not to be missed

Great place, central and quiet.

We decided on the Novotel because of the covered courtyard. The pictures didn’t do it justice it is a beautiful historic building which is extremely well run from the front desk to everyone in the restaurant and breakfast area. We opted to have our last drinks of an evening in the yard as it was so magical at night. The location is within an easy walk of everything couldn’t have asked for more.

Very clean good location at a good price

Really well located just 5 minutes from the main square. Fantastic staff, breakfast is filling with plenty to suit all tastes. They will cook you omelettes while you wait. Restaurrant menu again is excellent as is room service. I thought this hotel represented excellent value for money. We were in 302 which was very quiet and huge! We did the 4 day inca trail and on our return our bags were in our room again waiting for us. If i ever return to cusco i would just book this hotel and room...
