"Property is very well located if you’re looking to visit the city of arts and science. Not so close to downtown but taxis are not expensive, safe, and widely available. Property staff lacks empathy without being rude, just the minimum and gives the impression they don’t like tourists but they still work there. Regular rooms are just for 2 and we were 3. We had to insist on getting us a more comfortable room and finally got it with an extra charge. "

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from and definitely exceeded our expectations.
The only thing we would have appreciated in the room was a kettle with coffee and tea. Other than that, everything was perfect.
