The hotel itself is clean and centrally located for NYC tourism in Times Sq. the staff are great, breakfast included was a good start to each day and the price we got through Expedia was a bargain. Be warned that there is a migrant shelter directly opposite the hotel which can be intimidating as large groups hang around outside - the hotel have a regular security guard and the NYPD are outside the shelter all the time.

Clean and friendly staff

This accommodation was a great value budget room. Staff at reception friendly, location was great perfect for our needs. I think I got what I paid for, it is basic hostel style rooms. We had a suite so had private bathroom and kitchen area, I was very glad of this from my peak round the door of the communal bathroom. Our room was clean and well equipped. The only problem we had and I’m afraid a deal breaker for me is the hot water, or lack of! I’d read in other reviews it was a bit hit and miss....

This was a great place to stay and explore New York! Extremely central mid-town location, next to a subway and walking distance from mid-town attractions. The rooms were huge for New York and well-appointed. The staff were a highlight, lovely and friendly, regardless of who was on shift. This was my second stay at this hotel, and I loved it just as much as the first. The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good. My room had automatic air conditioning that maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the day, with the option to switch it off. It also included a mini-fridge, television and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Considering all these facilities and the fantastic location, the price offers...

Great location. It’s a simple hotel with all the necessary amenities. There is no breakfast served but you are in the middle of so many great restaurants. The gym is a three minute walk away and it’s such a nice place to have a great workout. We will stay here again.
