10/10 Excellent
"Myself and my husband booked the hotel for a short break. The staff were all fantastic and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. We had dinner on one of the nights and it was amazing. I would highly recommend staying there and encourage anyone to eat in the restaurant. "
"Excellent hotel very close to the station, WiFi worked great and they upgraded me to a split level suite which was amazing.
Staff very friendly.
Minor downside was the pool spa not working but everything else was great"

"I was able to leave my luggage before and after checkout and that was very convenient since I arrived in town about 4 hours before checkout. I was also able to check in early and the staff was very helpful and polite. My room was cleaned daily and the staff was helpful. The view was amazing and the location was very walkable to everything I Wanted to do in the city as well as the bus/train stations. "
"Great hotel and very convenient. The reception staff are excellent. They all without exception are helpful, generous and kind.
The room was lovely but we missed not having a kettle from which to fill our hot water bottles!!!!! There is still only one lift working and other maintenance issues. Breakfast is in a bar with tvs everywhere and was ok but no really healthy options eg unsweetened yogurt, porridge, seeds, etc which I’d expect for the price we paid. But very central and warm. Will return. "
"No tea and coffee in the room. We called reception and had to call again after one hour of waiting for it, even then it didnt get delivered to the room. "
"Walkable from airport, if not too much luggage. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms small yet functional. Fun deco. A great last night before an early flight. Would not stay here to visit Edinburgh, but responds well to the need near airport "
"We stayed in a Junior Suite which was excellent, plenty of towels which is a nice touch.
Great location and room was quiet, never heard anyone else. Highly recommend."
