"Everything was great, the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the TV had no channels and was in German when we first switched it on. We rang down to reception twice and had two visits from different staff members to try and fix the issue, the first doing nothing at all to help. In the end I just used google lens' translate setting to firstly find out how to change the language to English, then to tune the TV to get channels to appear. Apart from that ridiculous, and I imagine quite rare scenario, we had a great stay!"
"Greeted with an upgrade lovely, but hen do, stag dos etc in hotel v noisy. Toiletries not refilled despite requesting at front desk. Generally a good hotel but wknds v noisy. "
