"Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. "

"It was all I needed for a visit to Dudley to see family. Convenient, room was satisfactory (although no info sheet - I had to go down to reception to find wifi password and breakfast times) Phone in the room didnt appear to work. Bed was comfortable, a beautiful blossom tree was outside my window. Parking was good and breakfast was ideal."
