What a lovely hotel in a great location. All the sights are within minutes to walk. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was being charged a destination fee on checking out. What is a destination fee and why?

We loved our stay here. The property is just a few minutes walk from the town square but in a much quieter spot and with a view of the ruins. Its fairly new and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast was good, though lacked a little variety. The team here are incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel like valued guests. This hotel was fantastic. The location is close to the main square but also was really quiet. About a 5 minute walk. The room was really large, good size bathroom and the hotel has cute courtyards. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Always tea and coffee available. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was quite small and gets cold at night with the single glazed windows and no heating. But they provide blankets. The shower was a good standard for Peru. The breakfast is freshly made scrambled or fried egg and a few buffet items like fruit and bread. The location is walkable to the main square but a little bit out to make it a good price

No variety on the breakfast but it was enough to start the day.

I opted this place to stay over Hilton because I wanted to meet people and live close to the Plaza. My expectation were all met and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff is wonderful, they all went an extra mile to meet my expectations. I arranged all my trips in and around Cusco via the staff and wasn't disappointed at all, including Machu Picchu (it turned out a lot cheaper then I could find anywhere else). It was extremally great hotel and staff! First of all we arrived without reservation as our other booking failed. Even it was late evening all was sorted out perfectly. On the last day I got sick. I was offered for free extra room after check out hours to stay in the bed till afternoon when I had my flight. Very, very nice staff, thank you all!
