I was so impressed with the gracious and generous hospitality from all of the wonderful staff I encountered during my stay.
The location, room, and restaurant were all to a high standard. If you plan to stay in Narita I highly recommend.

I used the room as a day room only. I checked in at 10.00 hrs and was out by 19.00 hrs. The receptionist kindly let me have a room right away and as no small rooms were available she gave me a junior suite for the day.

Awesome room - we stayed here for a few days to surf and it was a great location. Really spacious. Slightly cold bathrooms but it is winter. Loved the hot tub! Had a great nights sleep.

The hotel was great, even though we stayed for 1 night only for easy access to the airport—which is just 5 minutes away via the free hotel shuttle. The room was big, comfortable, and clean, as was the bathroom. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were super friendly. There is also a 24/7 FamilyMart, a drugstore, and a souvenir shop right inside the hotel, so you have everything you need under one roof. Highly recommended!
