"We like this place a lot just a couple of things that we didn’t like first of all the beach had seaweed and maybe it was the time of the season but that was disappointing. For the most part the staff was great but we did encounter a few bad apples some of them would ignore you and demand a tip for doing absolutely nothing! overall we liked the place and maybe we’ll try it out again in a different season! "

"The Majestic Elegance was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was amazing and made our honeymoon so special. We recommend eating at the Bistro 9 Doors as they had the best food. We also recommend checking out their sister hotel that you can access right next door as there seemed to be more actives going on since it’s more catered to families. If you are able to get club access, we definitely recommend it as it was worth the upgrade for us. Lastly, we had such a relaxing time at the spa we recommend if you get a chance to stop buy it’s well worth the money. "

"It was such a clean room. Every single staff member was very welcoming and attentive. The poolside was amazing, they were cleaning up every chance they had as well. The beach was amazing and the massage was exactly what i needed had to go back for seconds. "

"The food at every restaurant including the Cafe was incredible, by far the best food at any all inclusive I've stayed at Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pools and beach were great. Only knock was mini bar replenishment, arrived Thursday and had a few beverages out of it and after multiple requests it was finally replenished Saturday."

"Other than all the seaweed on the beach the resort was really nice. I didn’t kno Cancún was known for heavy seaweed. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Food and restaurants were good but nothing to rave about. A place more for relaxation than to let loose. Overall 4 out of 5"
