"It was a great experience except for the fact that check in time was 2pm and they told us to wait as they still need to "touch our room" and we sat there for a good 45 minutes until we decided to go back to the counter and reinquire about our check-in to which they apologized and proceeded to give us room keys. When we arrived in our room there were still people fixing the room up. We were compensated with a small fruit tray for four people, hardly good enough. I was paying for the presidential suite so I expected a better service than this."

"We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from July 14–16 and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean, and the food was okay. What stood out most was how pet-friendly the hotel was. Milo and Lulu were comfortable throughout our stay, which meant a lot to us. The staff were also very attentive, responsive, friendly, and warm. Thank you to the Prime Asia Hotel team for making us and our dogs feel welcome."
