10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. The quirkyness of the whole place was unique .. iv never stayed anywhere like this before . We will definitely be back with our children, it was super clean and the staff were very accommodating.

Great location, nice views. Walkable distance to nearby shops or a 15 minute drive to centre. Outstanding customer service too 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ;)

The hotel is conveniently located near to Overamstel metro stop. It is around a five minute walk to the metro stop which is ideal for getting into the centre of Amsterdam, which takes around 10 minutes. Rooms are well-furnished, although the beds are single and very small. Not ideal for tall people but comfort wise is about average. There is plenty of storage for clothes etc. as well as a security safe, though this wasn't working in my room when I stayed. Breakfast is a good range of food...

Loved the location and room. It’s clean, easy to get to Amsterdam and Schiphol and also 30 mins walk from the Hooffdorp shopping centre which has everything you need. Also loved the sauna and steam!

New modern hotel in quiet location 8 minutes drive to Airport or downtown to shops/Restaurants. Hotel staff particularly helpful. Free coffee at reception is a nice touch. Only small annoyance during my stay was the adjoining room had its TV on the whole night so soundproofing not the best.

I stayed in Hyatt Place with my 2 friends and had a wonderful time. Staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Good options in breakfast. Nice shuttle facility from and to Schipol airport. Amazing from hygiene point of view.

The location was centre to everything that you could possibly want to go or need.

Loved everything about it! Staff are friendly and polite. Room was clean, soft bed and pillows. Celebrated birthday so hotel left sweet treats for us very nice touch. Very convenient to/from airport and into the centre. Will definitely be staying here again when we next visit.

Our third time staying. It's a basic hotel, but there is a kiosk downstairs by reception if you wanted to buy coffee and grubs. Ideal for a stopover near the airport for a good night's sleep and freshening up. Conveninet ad they pro ide shuttle services as early as 4am

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff

Excellent hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and couldn’t do enough. We did not eat in the hotel but the food seemed good. The room was large and clean. We decided to do the self clean option which meant we didn’t have our room cleaned every day, this was to be eco-friendly, and as a reward the hotel would give you a voucher for a drink every day you did self clean! Very happy with our stay and will be returning to this hotel!

Great location, away from the Hussle and bustle of the center but walkable

Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone

Staff was incredibly courteous, kind, and very hospitable. Clean rooms, loved the mood lighting you could set.
