Hotels.com did not explain how the free airport shuttle service worked. What I needed to do was to get in a taxi and tell them where I wanted to go and the hotel would pay them with a voucher. What I did was stand in the cold and wet waiting alongside the other hotel shuttle services for about an hour and then had to call reception at the hotel to find out what to do. Everything else worked well.

Reception staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and made our stay so very pleasant. Room clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need
Hotel handy to REM which is cheap and convenient to downtown and old Montreal. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. A special thank you to Kristi who helped us...
