Incredible stay. We felt so welcomed by the staff from the second we stepped in to the property. They communicated so efficiently with us via WhatsApp and couldn’t have done enough to make our stay amazing. We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! So much that we are already planning to go back for my husbands birthday next year. The staff were all great, from helpful and attentive reception and breakfast staff to the friendly cleaners who all always seemed happy and cheerful. The room was huge and very clean with a great shower and lovely balcony area to sit and relax. Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. We didn't like that it was mandatory to be nude in all 2nd floor facilities and were asked several times to remove our bathing suits. In the evening the...

Gorgeous little find outside of Innsbruck and a really cosy family run place. We booked a double room, bed was quite comfortable and the room was really spacious with a dining area with booth seating. Sauna was very clean, relaxing and modern. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast in the hotel as it was a one night stay and didn't feel like exploring the surrounding towns after a road trip.
