Location is wonderful in the old town, with coffee and pastry shop next door - was open at 8am.
Quirky with everything you need in a small but lovely room with fridge and TV and en-suite shower room. Well decorated and clean.
Only suggestion for hotel would be hooks to hang the towels in the room we were in.

We really liked staying at this hostel. The room was spacious and clean. The building has lots of character, with lively open central staircase that makes everywhere nice and light. The shared kitchen and roof top garden were very useful. Staff very helpful also.

Fantastic apartment in a great location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay, great value for money, and ideally placed for exploring beautiful Cádiz. Susana was incredibly helpful. We loved every minute and would happily return!!

Hostal Lojo is a 10 minute walk away from the beaches but ideal for the tapas bars and restaurants.
The Hostal is very traditional and offers comfortable but basic facilities over 3 floors.
The room, bathroom and bedding are clean and are more than adequate but lacks the finesse that you might find in much more expensive hotels.
Showers are strong with plenty of hot water.
Beds are comfortable and the room was nice and quiet providing a good nights sleep.
Breakfast is included in the bar area...

We were totally at home here on our 11 night stay . Room 28 little balcony with views to the countryside .
Great cleanliness the only drawback was the bed a bit uncomfortable and sheets not quite big enough but nothing major .
Shame the excellent restaurant was closed during our stay . Would recommend and return .

My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard.
The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle. This area is conducive to getting to know your fellow guests late...
