Beautiful hotel well placed for exploring Jerez. The staff were very friendly and helpful but be aware they are local so some Spanish is helpful. We were given lots of advice, had a beautiful room overlooking the square and made the most of the hotel bar and gardens. The food and drink is very good value for a five star hotel and the T22 restaurant is highly recommended. Breakfast is not a buffet and there is a lot delivered to your table which can be a little overwhelming - if you are small...

Great apartment room, spacious and clean. Right in the heart of Cádiz, a 5 minute walk to beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
Parking was easy too

First the not so good (at least for some): It's a very quiet hotel, especially in the evenings. I do like evening entertainment (shows). There is a disco, which my wife and I didn't go to - it opens at midnight. As we're not young, we didn't stay up for that, and photos we saw of this showed just 2 people sitting around. Unusually, it has a 4 lane bowling alley in the Dublin Pub (part of the complex) + a pool table, but we were usually the only guests there. Now the good: The rooms are very...

This hotel is a converted convent and has many nice features. It has a nice open area that they play religious chants in with places to sit. The room was large and comfy. TV only local channels. Bathroom has shower. Location is very close to the main attractions and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Also shops and they explain where they are when you check in. Altogether an excellent exoerience

The hotel is beautiful, the room was modern, well maintained and the staff was very friendly. We like to travel and this is the best hotel that we have been in many years. We had an upgrade of room and the views from the room to the pool and the beach was gorgeous!
We went in February, a little windy and cold but sunny and quiet. We used all the facilities and had a very relaxing time.

Very good hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Generally food is good. The only downside is all rooms have a safe but to use it you have to pay 4.50 euros a day or 16.00 euros a week. Which I think is a liberty why have them??? Quiet a few people carry’s a back pack with them to the pool area with all their valuables. I think this hotel is run by Tui/Thompson Holidays so a lot of people are on package holidays.

When we arrived we were instantly upgraded at no extra cost from a two bed room to an apartment. This was great except the cleaner kept forgetting to leave the tea/coffee every morning as the apartment was self catering. If anything it gave us too much room. Carolina on reception was the most helpful person we have come across, she was extremely knowledgeable and booked various activities for us, even sorting out a taxi at the last minute to get us to the airport because our original transport...

Well located in the centre of San Fernando opposite the main church. Tram stop outside for visits to Cadiz. Clean, quiet and a short walk to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Bed was a little creaky but comfortable.

We like staying at this hotel because the beds are so comfortable and we like this end of the beach.
The local busses cost 1.10euro to Plaza Espania they run every 5 to 10 min.
there are lots of local tapas and coffee bars.
This was our 5th time of staying here
