A wonderful stay. The room was clean and modern. Location was perfect and very easy to reach the nearest train station.

The apartment was spacious and well presented however, the pillow case on the sofa bed had some brown stains and there was no dishwasher in contrast to the description. At first the electric cooker did not seem to work but then we searched for the instructions online and it was all smooth from there. Maybe there should be some short instructions for this appliance.

Stunning hotel in a fabulous location. The lady on reception was so incredibly helpful and friendly, despite our lack of French! Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open, but the snack bar was perfectly adequate, if not a little expensive. The room (quad family room) was perfect for our stop between the UK and Germany. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice Hotel clean and great location

Clean, comfortable bed, well-located for the city centre and public transport (literally one tram stop from the central station) but in a quiet, mostly residential area. Great value.

An excellent hotel. Clean, well maintained with good facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. City centre a short tram journey away. The only downside was the limited number of TV channels especially in English. Overall highly recommended.

Although slightly further from Strasbourg than we anticipated, the hotel offers great value and the staff are incredibly helpful. Ubers into Strasbourg are reasonably priced!
