As a woman travelling on my own I felt totally safe and welcome at the property

Lovely location with a pub servicing good pub for a few minutes walk away. Off road parking was more than sufficent and on arrival, Claire made us feel very welcome. We had the Castle Room which was very spacious and clean with everything we needed. The ambience of the property was that of a period, rustic farmhouse, beautifully decorated with many lovely flower arrangements.

We loved the feel of the place , it was like been on holiday sitting outside in the courtyard drinking freshly made coffee . The staff went above and beyond and were very helpful and friendly . We will be going back .

We stayed for 2 nights 27/28th August along with my sister and her husband whilst we were visiting relatives in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay, the hotel was spotless and all the staff were super helpful and attentive. Breakfast was amazing and the full english was tasty and good produce, which was included in the price. We dined in the restaurant on one of our nights stay and the food was very good and service perfect. The outside seating area was also a nice place to sit and chat. ...

Beautiful hotel in Stratford within walking distance of the famous sites. Lovely room and very nice toiletries. Will definitely come back.

I book The Poplars same time every year to attend an event locally. It’s always comfortable, clean and well priced. Above all you couldn’t ask for more helpful and friendly staff.

Beautiful, peaceful environment. A bonus of a heated outside pool.

Was in Leicester for my daughter’s graduation, the bed was very comfortable, my wife snored happily all night. The breakfast was great, it set us up for the day. If I need to stay in Leicester again, I’ll be staying here.

Really nice and clean space, rooms were lovely and the staff couldn't of been more helpful. Wouldn't definitely recommend for anyone else.

Stayed for 1 night and pleasantly suprised. Nice staff, nice rooms and nice spa. Bed in the room was just a double, felt quite small, but still very comfortable. Impressed and great value for money, glad we booked Rushton Hall.
